At Marcellos, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer-protection law.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Your name

• A description of the issue

• Photos or videos of the product where relevant

We will review your request and let you know the next steps.

2. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide photographs showing the damage and, where possible, the packaging in which the product arrived.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate remedy.

3. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us at supportmarcellos@gmail.com.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we may arrange for the incorrect product to be returned and provide the correct product or another appropriate remedy.

4. Defective Products

Marcellos stands behind the quality of the products we sell.

If a product is defective, unsafe, or does not meet applicable requirements, you may have rights under South African consumer-protection law.

The Consumer Protection Act provides an implied warranty of quality for qualifying goods, including a six-month period in which defective goods may be returned in accordance with the Act.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an eligible customer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorised modification, or use contrary to the product's instructions, where applicable.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, a return is not automatically available in every situation.
