All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received through our supported payment provider.
Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain in stock or that the price will remain unchanged.

Marcellos delivers orders within South Africa using third-party courier services.
Estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or communicated during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's operating procedures.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. Marcellos cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
